Policies

A non-refundable $15 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward your service total.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.

A 10-minute grace period is offered. After 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited.

To maintain a calm and focused environment, please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment.

Please send inspo at booking. Designs are recreated as closely as possible — every set is hand-done and unique.

Free fixes for breakage within 3 days of your appointment, no questions asked. Just message me!
